3 Hot-Girl Habits That I Am Building & Why You Should Do Too Boss Girl

Today’s blog is dedicated to all my girl besties because I really think that I have gone through a lot of stuff in my life and I guess these 3 habits have helped me to go from an ‘invisible girl’ to ‘that girl’ we all imagine ourselves to be.
Although, I must tell you that I used to hate all these concepts that are women-centric. I don’t exactly know why but I used to find them overly exaggerated. But since I have accepted that women must work on themselves and carve their own personalities, my image in my own eyes has changed and I have started respecting myself even more.
I would say that if you are one of those girls who see herself in the top 1% club, a girl who is dedicated to achieving everything she wants then I believe this blog is for you.
Now, let’s see the hot-girl habits that you should work on:
1. Health Is Wealth:
I know, I know, you must have heard this thousand times that health is wealth and how you should get in shape. But the point is, we are lazy ass and even after knowing all this Gyan (knowledge) we seem to ignore all of this. Funny or ignorant, you decide?
Honestly speaking, I always thought let me build my empire first then I will work on my health. However, I have realized that there is no perfect time to start working on your health.
Now, I am not saying that ‘you should get a body shape like Kylie Jenner’ but boss, you have to eliminate all the junk food that you are eating and build a healthy lifestyle. It’s scientifically proven that your food decides your mood which means all the junk that you eat makes you angrier, and sad and lowers your vibrations.
The next in line is to eat some wholesome food. People usually think that eating healthy means being on a diet. But that’s just a myth. A healthy lifestyle means:
· Do exercise/Yoga or go for a walk
· Eat healthy plant-based food
· Stay hydrated-drink lots of water and start your day with vegetable juice and more such things,
I am not asking you to completely change in a day. However, start with small like cutting down on junk food, and your daily caffeine intake. Then gradually introduce fruit/vegetable juice to your diet and so on.
2. Skin Care:
Have you ever watched those girls whose skin is so glowing and shining that it feels like they have only one job-taking care of their skin? Again, just as I told you, I used to hate all this girly stuff and I think the most ignorant part of my life is my skin.
Apparently, when girls of my age are taking care of their skin, some girls like me ignore the very skin as if it’s another to-do on our already big fat list, isn’t it?
I used to hate skincare so much that for the past year I haven’t applied any kind of product to my skin. Yes, I exist!
However, things have changed now. Earlier I had a mentality that I don’t want to impress boys so why should I even care about my skin? Though, over time I have realized that this skin is mine and it’s my duty to take care of it, love it and pamper it. I know, there are girls who seem to ignore basic skin hygiene routines because
a) They are lazy (obviously)
b) They think I don’t want to impress anyone so blah!
I want to say that, if you are like this boss, it’s time to change. You should build a proper morning and night skincare routine that makes you feel comfortable in your skin. It doesn’t have to be expensive or perfect, it just has to make you feel pampered. I suggest that you should:
a) Eliminate all kinds of toxic products
b) Don’t apply heavy makeup every day or you will see yourself aging before the time
c) Switch to homemade remedies especially if you are from India because seriously India is a rich source of Ayurvedic homemade remedies
d) Drink a lot of water, consume fruit juices and
e) Do face yoga (YouTube it if you don’t know how to do it)
These simple day-to-day skin care hygiene will help you to feel like the main character in the story of your life. Because boss, the main character is always beautiful and exceptionally graceful so you better take care of yourself. Not for anyone else but for yourself, to feel nice in your skin and to feel loved by your skin. (hope doesn’t sound cliché)
3. Read, Read, Read:
Gorgeous, Gorgeous girls like to read and one such is you and me so give me a virtual hug.
If you had met me two years back, you wouldn’t even want to stand beside me. Why? Because I was the dumbest girl possible who didn’t want what she wanted to do in her life, a girl who was underconfident, a girl who always needed people’s support to move ahead. Though, since the day I started reading, my life has never been the same.
I am a big-time book lover and boss, if you want to do something big in life and you have high aspirations, reading is going to be your most powerful weapon. The above 2 habits are a waste if you don’t have knowledge because the knowledge, my friend, transforms a girl into a woman. I suggest you start reading books that give you an edge over others. and gain so much knowledge that it’s tough to defeat you and lose you.
Besides, girls who are knowledgeable are like a magnet who attract people even though unknowingly.
