There are some books that liberate you not from anyone else but from your very own self. We all have a habit of self-sabotaging or living in a mind-made castle that seeing reality becomes often tough for us.

Sometimes, we blame ourselves for the things we couldn’t control while other times we think we are the only ones who truly matter in the world. This never-ending cycle surely creates various kinds of problems in our lives. And when I say these words, I am not just making them up, I have experienced it and I know at some point or the other you must have lived through such a situation too.

Let’s see the quotes and the books that have helped me and how can also be benefited from them:

1. Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl:

I read Man’s search for meaning while I was still in college, doing a full-time job, and dealing with loneliness. I wouldn’t say that it was a tough time but it certainly was a little out of the syllabus where I didn’t expect that growing up would mean making difficult choices, leaving friends, and above all encountering your own deeper self.

In the midst of all this, when I read Man’s Search for Meaning, something inside me really changed, or rather I realized my superpower.
