Let me admit it!
I am the laziest person you will ever meet yet if you look inside my head, you will see me building an empire for myself all day long. Contradictory, right?
Well, that’s how I was a few weeks before.
I am still lazier than you, that’s for sure and when it comes to building a habit, I feel like I am attacked.
However, that was it. I wanted to change my life so I made a decision. And that’s how I started 3 small habits that are changing the way I live my life and making me more calm, peaceful, and successful.

Didn’t I tell you I am lazy? I was thinking of starting working on my physics for the past 1.5 years yet the timing was never perfect for me until 2 weeks ago when I was looking at myself in the mirror. Although, I am quite self-obsessed yet the person I saw in the mirror wasn’t someone I could love. That was seriously the moment when I sat back and asked myself, ‘Why am I not working on myself?’
