1. General books that touch give general advice on general topics like mental health, productivity, habits, goals, etc. These kinds of books are merely a collection of quotes and suggestions of what is already being said thousands of times.

2. Expert books (I just birthed the name..lol) that are well researched, unique and present actionable guidance on one topic so that you can work on one thing at a time and can actually improve your life. Rather than selling everything at once, these books make you an expert on the topic.
