I Have No Sympathy for People Who Take the Bare Minimum; Level Up, honey

I am not your anything so I have no authority to say anything to you, right?

But still, since you have opened this blog all by yourself, I take it as permission to say, ‘What the hell are you doing with yourself?’

I see a lot of people settling down for anything they can get from anyone around them. There is a YouTuber who talks about ‘How women can uplift themselves’ in her videos and a few days back she shared that one of her followers messaged her, ‘I was seeing a guy for two weeks and then after that, he ghosted her. Didn’t return her calls or messages. Should I ask him why he ghosted me?’

Seriously? That’s what we are up to these days?

And it’s not just about this one girl. I see it happening all the time. People cannot find good friends so they settle down for the people who insult them and later on, make them feel bad about feeling bad. I see how certain men choose to hang around a girl who is basically treating him as a fun option but he has no respect for himself to get out and focus on himself. I see a lot of women take the bare minimum from men because they finally feel wanted.

What the hell is wrong with our generation?
