In The Process of Writing My Book, I Learned ‘Why We Fail’ & How I Am Avoiding It (A constant fight)

I started writing my book a few months ago and couldn’t be more excited. I knew what I was writing will be useful and most importantly help people connect with their deeper inner selves.

Reading, writing, and sipping coffee

I started writing my book because of two reasons:

  1. I realized I am a writer. I never knew I could be a professional writer until my Medium audience showered all their love on my articles. And reading my readers’ comments on my articles made me realize that I am a writer and that what I write resonates with people. I never write click-bait articles or at least I never try to. My only motive has always been to write about my observations and experiences. Since you and I are the same, living under the same sky, my observations connect you to me (Maybe?)
  2. Once I knew that I could write a book, it was time to know ‘what topic’ to write the book about. I didn’t have to think. I knew it the moment I thought of writing my own book. In fact, as soon as I opened a new Google document to start with the book, the title (name) of the book just popped into my head. And that’s not because I am a genius or anything.
