Love AGAIN! Even If You Don’t Have Anyone to Love You

I have spent the majority of my life wishing for a best friend with who I can have fun. The kind of friendship you see in movies, read in books, and perhaps, recreate in your own mind.

I was fortunate enough to experience the joy of true friendship. How it feels when someone picks you up without wanting anything in return. How it feels like when people stop and give you a long motivational speech so you can get back on track. And most importantly, how they hype so much that even you are forced to believe that there is something really good about you.

I have experienced this purest form of love in my life. And there are no words to express how much I owe to God who sent these people into my life.

However, there was one thing that has always been missing in my life and that is — a spot for a best friend. Be it in college or school, every friend of mine had a best friend. Everyone had someone to go to. Although we were all good friends in college — the group of 4 people, each of them had their own separate best friends from school or their home towns.

And I always wondered, when will I get a best friend? A kind of person who is my soul friend. The kind we read in books and see in movies? Thinking about it used to make me sad until I realized this one truth:
