Do you know what makes you and me so miserable at times?

We are becoming more miserable, unhappy, and disconnected from within because we have no harmony, balance, or rhythm in our lives. Either we are focused on being productive all day long until we feel burnout or on self-care so much so that we feel guilty about not doing anything else.

I love flowers and Looking at them is so peaceful

Every problem in our life is some way or another other connected with the imbalance among the different aspects of our lives.

For example; Until a year ago, I was only focused on getting into a good college so that I could have a good job. And boom! I got a high-paying job which I left within 3 months because this bab suddenly realized this is not how I wanted to live life. Then?

Then I started freelancing and I was so focused on getting clients that I forgot I AM A WRITER and freelancing is just a part of my life, not my entire life. Then?

Then I took a break from all this hustle culture and it took me a good 3 months to get my life together. After that, I consumed a lot of content about self-love and self-care that I found it boring to work and earn some bucks to pay the bills…
