I never thought of becoming minimalistic. NEVER!

I had a belief that I work so hard, sacrifice so much for my work and deal with failures so that I can have everything I set my eyes on. I can buy anything my heart desires. After all, if you cannot have what you want then why do you work so hard? Just have a normal paying job and that will enable you not to buy everything that you want, right?

Well, I still believe that you should work hard and earn enough money to afford a comfortable living for yourself and for the people you love.

However, my mindset of buying everything that I want transformed into BUYING WHAT I TRULY WANT.

Now, what does that mean?

To me, minimalism is not about getting rid of everything you own, and living like a monk. No, that’s not what minimalism is nor can I ever get rid of everything that I bought with a big heart.

Then what do I mean?

Well, minimalism to me is a lifestyle that makes you live your life mindfully rather than collecting everything you like and making your surroundings a junkyard.
