UNF*UCK Yourself, what an interesting and realistic name, isn’t it? We all have successfully f*ucked up our otherwise beautiful life. How? By doing more in mind than in reality. To be honest, this is more like a disease that has successfully diagnosed many of us (though all of us but some people would not admit).
If I share my own example with you, I also maintain a beautiful imaginary world where I am working hard, and have everything I ever wanted. However, when I come back to reality, I find myself mindlessly scrolling reels on Instagram. Result? When my (our) reality doesn’t match my imagination, ughh, it hurts!
So, what’s the solution? Are we going to be successful only in our head or in reality too?

I completed Unf*uck Yourself yesterday only and today, I implemented some techniques and bingo! I have seen the positive results. If you also want to know how to stay more productive, get out of your head and build a powerful mindset then here are 4 techniques that I took away from the book. Although, the author shares more than 4 techniques but I believe in sharing what I found useful and practical.
1. Use Assertive Language: There are more than thousands of self-help books and I have read almost 100 of them. What did I learn? There is one common thing that all the self-help books mention and that is “building a positive mindset.” In Unf*uck Yourself, the author also mentions about the power of positive thoughts but what I found different was the use of those positive thoughts.
For example: If I ask you, do you lack motivation to do important work? Most of you will say Yes. But if I ask how many times, you made resolutions and long to-do lists out of motivation? Ahha, I can see your hands going up.
