Why I No Longer Chase Happiness & How It Made My Everyday Life Better

I know I might get a lot of trolls or shift in expressions for saying ‘If you look for happiness, you will find enough reasons not to be happy.’

Because in a world where everyone is obsessed with happiness — reading books about it, writing articles about it, listening to another podcast to find happiness, if I say, happiness is the cheapest little object that can destroy the quality of your life, you might consider me as a ‘weird stupid woman.’

But let me prove to you that neither happiness should be our goal nor can it really make us ‘happy.’

What Happens When You Look For Happiness?

The second you think that I have to find my own happiness, you confirm and accept that at this very moment, you are not happy with what you have and who you are.

In short, what you have and who you are is incapable of making you happy.

Hence, you go around the world to FIND that happiness. Sometimes, in a book while other times, trying to become your best version, and then there are days when you think ‘If I had this or if I could shift to
