You Don’t Have to Write About Your Day to Journal; Here Is a More Creative Way
God didn’t give everyone a best friend so he introduced us to the concept of ‘journaling’
But the traditional method of writing about your day sounds quite boring at times. I mean, it’s good to write about your day on some days but who would want to write the same details every day?
At least people like me whose life goes pretty normal, I don’t think I have much to add. Besides, I am an introvert and a pretty shy person hence, talking about my day brings a little more limelight which I definitely want to avoid.
And if you are anything like me who wants to journal but don’t want to write about your day every day, I am here to introduce an exciting method of journaling that I recently discovered.
Shall we start?
I have always viewed journaling as a means to express your feelings, address your emotions and most importantly keep a record of little things that felt like a little burst of joy to your heart. However, when you don’t write about such small details, no matter how great they are/were, you will forget about them in the near future.
And you must think, so what’s wrong with that? Billions of things happened and will happen…
